This warranty is subject to the following conditions

  • The tank must be installed correctly, inter alia
    1. No overhang at the base
    2. Tank placed on a level, smooth surface, preferably concrete
    3. The tie downs are not too tight, causing tank to dent
    4. Plastic fittings are used
  • NO Guarantee will be entertained if, inter alia
    1. Any damage is caused by transport, handling or incorrect installation
    2. Tank not used for the purpose it was designed for: Water storage
    3. Metal pipes or fittings being used
    4. Pipes and\or fittings not having adequate support
    5. The base not being correctly prepared
    6. The tank being modified in any way whatsoever

We are converters of polyethylene, and buy the raw material in good faith; therefore our warranty extends only as far as the workmanship is concerned.
In the event of a replacement, this will be on a pro rata usage basis.
Our liability extends only as far as the tank, and does not extend to any other costs that may arise.
